COVID- 19 UPDATE REGARDING 2020 TRADE SHOW

The GCAA understands that you may have concerns about COVID-19/Coronavirus affecting your business and our 2020 Trade Show.

Just a few minutes ago, NC Governor Roy Cooper, called for the cancellation of events with more than 100 people and two positive cases were reported in Mecklenburg County today.

With that in mind, the GCAA leadership has decided to postpone the 2020 Trade Show.
We have spoken with the Convention Center and rescheduled the event for Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at the same time.

We understand that this date change may not be feasible for some of our exhibitors. If that is the case, we will provide an unrestricted credit to your GCAA account for the amount you paid for your Trade Show booth and booth workers. The GCAA is willing to work with each individual member on the effects that moving the date may cause on individuals and companies who wish to participate. We thank you for your patience and understanding as this affects the Association as well.

Please forward any questions you have to Ashley Honeycutt at ashley@greatercaa.org.
