Beginning February 1, 2020 all membership renewals for Current GCAA Members will expire on December 31, 2020.  We are transitioning to Annual Membership renewals, January 1 – December 31, so all renewal invoices will be prorated in 2020. Small Owner/Management Company

A company either owning, operating, or managing multifamily residential housing with 99 units or less in the Greater Charlotte area.  GCAA membership and per/unit fees are not transferable in the event of an owner or agent change.

  • $125 Base Fee + $2.76/unit
  • Optional Governmant Affairs Fee: $50 per Community in your portfolio
  • Membership Dues will be Prorated from the initial join date to December 31, 2020

A company either owning, operating, or managing multifamily residential housing with 100+ units in the Greater Charlotte area.  GCAA membership and per/unit fees are not transferable in the event of an owner or agent change.
