Update from NAA- The Department of Treasury Issues New FAQ’s for the Emergency Rental Assistance

The Department of the Treasury has issued updated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). If you will recall, ERAP was created under the 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act and is administered by the Secretary of the Treasury. 

These revised FAQs supersede the previous FAQs, and the Treasury Department says it will be working to develop full program guidance very soon.  NAA is reviewing these in detail now but wanted you to have them in your hands as quickly as possible. To access the FAQs, click here.
