South Carolina News Vaccine Update

Gov. Henry McMaster signed H. 3126 regarding private employer vaccine mandates, stipulations concerning what a private employer's vaccine mandate may not involve and the provisions of what it can include. The South Carolina Department of Workforce Development has information regarding restrictions, exemptions, and the affidavit submittal process (related to federal contracts), which can be viewed here.
