Gov. Cooper Supports HB1200 Rental and Utility Assistance to Residents

A discussion on HB 1200 was heard in the Appropriations committee and it is possible the language in the bill may be absorbed into a larger COVID-19 relief bill. However, as a standalone bill there is anticipated push back.
