The State of Housing in Charlotte 2022 Report

The Childress Klein Center for Real Estate recently released its 2022 State of Housing in Charlotte Report. The report reveals some unsurprising conclusions. For example, finding an affordable home to buy or rent in the Charlotte region has gotten even more challenging over the past year. A major issue is that Charlotte is not building enough housing to keep up with the influx of people moving to our region.
