South Carolina - H. 5419 EVICTION 90-DAY GRACE PERIOD

Rep. Wendell Gilliard (D-Charleston) introduced a joint resolution to prohibit a magistrate or circuit court from commencing an eviction proceeding for the nonpayment of rent within a ninety-day (90) grace period. The resolution was referred to the Judiciary Committee on March 19, 2020.
