North Carolina Will Remain in Phase Two for Three More Weeks

Latest: North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper announced plans July 14 to remain in phase two of reopening for an extra three weeks. During the same press conference, he said schools will return with a blend of in-person and virtual learning.
Because North Carolina is remaining in phase two for at least another three weeks, businesses like gyms and bars have to remain closed.
