GCAA Representatives Speak to City Council Members in Defense of Apartment Trash Collection

At Charlotte City Council's May 9th Public Forum, GCAA staff and members had the opportunity to address Council members on the issue of apartment trash collection. Each brought unique arguments in favor of continuing trash collection for Charlotte's apartment residents.
