City of Charlotte - Public Hearing on TOD Text Amendment Scheduled for May 18, 2020

There will be a public hearing on the TOD Text Amendment (Rezoning No. 2020-044) as part of the May 18 City Council meeting. Development compliance, applicability of Frontages, building heights and setbacks, design standards that include building material restrictions, building facades, curb lines, transportation, streetscape, and uses definitions are just a few of the areas where changes are being proposed.
