CDC Extends Moratorium

On Friday, the CDC issued its extension of the eviction order through March 31. It appears that no substantive changes were made at this time.

In related news, the House Financial Services Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing on February 4 on the next COVID stimulus package. Other Committees will be doing the same this week to assist in building the case for the legislation and its many components.
