Due to the Coronavirus-related "stay at home" order issued by Mecklenburg County, the GCAA office will be closed and staff will be working remotely until further notice. Events through the end of April will be postponed or cancelled. We will evaluate events scheduled beyond May 15 for feasibility of rescheduling. Cancellation Policy

Reservation/Cancellation Policies For GCAA Events:

This cancellation policy applies ONLY to events that allow cancellations and refunds. Check the specific event page for its cancellation policy.

Dinner Meetings/Seminars: Reservations/cancellations must be made (either online, via email, or by phone) by the
deadline published for each event on the GCAA’s website calendar (www.greatercaa.org).

NAA Education Classes: Registration and/or cancellation in writing only at least 14 days prior to initially scheduled class.

For all GCAA events: No-shows and late cancellations will be invoiced.
