Bert Wray is the Director of National Accounts for Chadwell Supply, a supplier of maintenance and repair supplies to the multifamily industry. He has been with Chadwell Supply since 2013 and has enjoyed sharing his experiences through training and speaking at various Apartment Associations, Affordable Housing Management Associations, and numerous Owner/Operator functions across the country. Bert began his career in the multifamily industry in 2006, cutting his teeth managing affordable housing communities. His role expanded quickly with responsibilities over eleven communities in NC and VA. His success in management, as it has been sales, is firmly rooted in building solid relationships and teamwork through effective leadership. Bert’s team development and effective leadership have been battle tested. He served in the US Army as an infantry squad leader and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004. Beyond the supplies, he continues to serve the multifamily industry and community. He is on the PTAA Board of Directors and is a Security Team Leader for his church in Greensboro, NC.
