It ensures that each new employee gets started on the right path and becomes immediately immersed in the organizational culture and mission. But onboarding in a virtual environment is quite different than in-person onboarding. Join us for this session to learn how to develop a virtual onboarding program and hear proven strategies for onboarding new team members effectively through online platforms.
Interviewing Skills for a Virtual Environment – Interviewing is one of the most critical tasks we perform in the business world. If we aren’t good at it, we’ll end up hiring poor performers or associates who don’t fit our mission and values. And interviewing online or through webcam apps is so much more difficult than in-person interviewing. In today’s world, more and more interviewing must take place virtually. In this session, we’ll dive deep into what to look for in a candidate when doing virtual interviewing, along with a list of the most effective questions to ask to be able to make evidence-based hiring decisions.
