It's sophisticated and spirited! This year's Havana Nights theme is going to be the perfect backdrop for celebrating the extraordinary people who make multifamily exceptional.
On Friday, December 4, our members will gather to honor the individuals, teams, communities, suppliers, amenities, and companies whose performance, innovation, leadership, and commitment continue to elevate our industry.
But before we get to the celebration of nominees, we invite all of our members to participate in the BRAVO Awards nomination window!
Submission Window · July 1 through August 31
This window is your opportunity to shine a spotlight on the people and companies driving development and innovation within the Greater Charlotte multifamily community.
Think about the leasing professional who creates remarkable resident experiences, the maintenance technician who never settles for good enough, the property manager who inspires an entire team, the supplier who consistently delivers excellence, the social media account everyone follows, the c-suite who creates killer corporate culture, and the community raising the bar when it comes to amenities and lifestyle.
The people, properties, companies, suppliers, and amenities that immediately come to mind...those are your nominees!
Pick up those maracas, because this year, BRAVO Awards nominations will be music to your ears!
You'll enter nominations via a streamlined/automated platform, so not only will it be easier to submit nominations, but nominees will have the opportunity to amplify their nomination with additional copy and uploads, PLUS letters of recommendation!
The Havana Nights theme will transform the traditional BRAVO Awards black tie and evening gown for the irresistible rhythm, color, and soul of Havana.

To ensure a fair and impartial selection process, all eligible BRAVO Award nominations are evaluated by an external panel of multifamily industry professionals from outside the Greater Charlotte market.
IN HOUSE AWARDS
· The Lex Marsh Award recipient accepts nominations from our membership, and then the winner is selected by a panel of previous Lex Marsh Award recipients. This BRAVO Award category has a separate nomination window; please revisit the nomination portal September 1, 2026 to submit nominees for this category.
· The W.T. "Hoppy" Hopkins accepts nominations from our membership, and then the winner is selected by a panel of Supplier Council Executives and previous winners.

· Insert verification code to establish your account
