While the main BRAVO Awards nomination window has now closed, the prestigious Lex Marsh Award is now accepting nominations. The colleagues you submit are presented to a panel of previous Lex Marsh Award recipients for consideration.

This BRAVO Award category celebrates a member who sees opportunities where others see challenges and takes action to advance the industry. Through leadership, advocacy, innovation, volunteerism, program development, mentorship, or transformative initiatives, these individuals have made a significant impact that extends beyond their immediate role and benefits the broader multifamily community. Unlike awards that focus solely on career longevity, the Lex Marsh Award honors the influence of an individual's contributions and the positive outcomes they have inspired. Nominees will have elevated others, improved experiences, advanced important causes, or created meaningful progress at the member, Association, or industry level.
