Giving Tuesday at GCAA is anything but ordinary...for six fast-paced, wildly unpredictable hours, our multifamily community comes together live on the Morning Perks Podcast to raise money for a local charity.
And yes, things get a little chaotic.

In 2025, this community of chaos-centric volunteers and generous Association donors raised $51,641 in just six hours. Which brings the 3 year GIVING TUESDAY total to: $133K!
But Giving Tuesday is about more than the total. It is about connection, courage, generosity, and proving that doing good does not have to be boring. It is purpose with personality. It is mission in motion. And it is what happens when multifamily rallies together with a little heart and a lot of chaos.
