Termination
Eviction Rules
State Law

In this informative seminar, Jared Schmidt, a Supervising Partner at Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC, will provide insight and expertise into this complex subject.

Since early 2020, the world of residential evictions has been an ever-shifting landscape, full of many pitfalls and tricks that can prevent or substantially slow down the process of removing non-compliant leaseholders. Our attorneys will ensure you are up-to-date on any recent changes enacted by the State legislature and current on all the Federal laws that can now affect your eviction process, such as the CARES Act. Most of all, our attorneys will provide a robust Q&A session at the end to allow all participants to get their burning questions answered!
