BRIAN NICHOLSON, VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT, LMC
Brian is responsible for executing development functions for multifamily and mixed-use real estate projects in the Carolinas with a focus on planning, entitlement, financial analysis, and overall management of the development process for LMC, a Lennar Company. His background includes experience in commercial office, retail, hospitality and multifamily.

MARCIE WILLIAMS, PRESIDENT, RKW RESIDENTIAL
Marcie is the overall leader of all aspects of multifamily property management operations, new business development and strategy for RKW Residential.   With over 20 years of multifamily experience, she has worked for companies such as Greystar and Camden Property Trust Prior where she was responsible for the operations and new business development for over 20,000 units from lease-ups to renovations and repositions.

MARK VITNER, SENIOR ECONOMIST, WELLS FARGO
Mark is responsible for tracking U.S. & regional economic trends; he also writes for the company’s Monthly Economic Outlook Report & the Weekly Economic & Financial Commentary, and he provides regular updates on the housing markets, commercial real estate, regional economies, consumer spending, and issues impacting small business.

STEPHEN MCCLURE, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, THE SPECTRUM COMPANIES
Steve joined Spectrum, a fully integrated real estate firm that owns, develops, leases and manages commercial property across the Southeast, in 2004. With a corporate portfolio valued at more than $1.5 billion, Steve guides strategy and oversees the operation of the company’s four service lines: Asset Management, Capital Management, Development and Contract Services.
