Course Description
In this seminar you will get everything you need to know A-Z about HVAC systems. You’ll get hands on trouble shooting experience and learn about terminology, tools, charging procedures, thermostats, evaporator coils, compressors, head pressure, fan, electrical systems, charging procedures, compressor theory and operation refrigerant flow & cycle.
This session is designed for technicians who are beginner to intermediate levels of experience levels, but all levels are welcome!

Randy Munson joined the Chadwell University training program in 2020, bringing 30+ years of experience in the multi-family and maintenance industries. He began his career as Maintenance Supervisor and a few years later was promoted to Regional Maintenance Director. A natural trainer and manager, he served in Regional leadership for several major multi-family companies including Concord Management LTD, and most recently with Avesta Homes.
