Meet Our 2022 Next Gen Committee Co-Chairs

 

Jay Rawls, Northwood Ravin, serves as Director of Operations & Technology for Charlotte-based Northwood Ravin, a leading multifamily development, construction, and management firm. In this role, Jay is responsible for implementing and overseeing systems, processes, and policies across the NWR portfolio, in addition to training on-site teams. Jay has served as Chair of the RHA PAC Board of Directors since its inception in 2019. He currently serves on the GCAA Board of Directors, and serves as Committee Chair for the Next Gen Committee. Jay has worked in the industry for over 15 years, beginning his career on-site and since then working roles in corporate operations & training, and as a Regional Director. Jay lives in the Lake Wylie area with his wife and two kids, Grady and Hadley. He enjoys traveling and biking with his family, cooking, trying new restaurants, and spending time on the lake.

   

Madelyn Mack, CAM, CALP, Blue Ridge Properties, is a Senior Community Manager with Blue Ridge Companies, whom she’s been with for 4 years. She is a wife and mom to her 16-year-old son. Madelyn started in the industry in 2014. She has Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from Wichita State University. She has been involved with the GCAA since 2018. She has served on the Outreach Committee and currently serves on the EAC Committee and Co-Chairs the Next Gen Committee. This year she completed the Train the Trainer training program. She's looking forward to eventually serving as an instructor with the GCAA. She is also a part of the 2022 Leadership Lyceum, and currently holds her CALP, CAM, and South Carolina Property Management License. She's incredibly passionate about giving back and helping others.
