Significant concerns from asbestos, mold, and water intrusion to sewer gas, lead-based paint, and fire (including structures, wildfire, vehicle, and lithium-ion battery). Do you understand sick building syndrome? You’ll learn about it here, along with proper HVAC maintenance recommendations and how to environmentally handle some aspects of hoarding/inappropriate storage. They will even discuss legionella, nuisance birds, and what happens if there has been fentanyl, meth, or clandestine drugs in one of your apartments.
