Professional Bio
A Charlotte NC native, Brian is the Territory Manager for Guardian Construction over the Carolinas region. He has been highly involved in the local Apartment Association since 2011. Serving on numerous committees including: Membership, Outreach, PSC and Programs. A 2013 Leadership Lyceum graduate, he joined the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Board of Directors in 2017, and has served as Co-Chair of the Young Apartment Professionals Committee. He is currently President of the Products and Services Council for the Charlotte Apartment Association, serving on the State Suppliers Council, and the AANC Membership Committee. Brian is a graduate of Auburn University, Class of 2000 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. At Auburn, Brian was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity, and played on the Lacrosse team. He enjoys all things sports and outdoors, including SEC Football, tailgates, camping, hiking and fishing. Brian Lives in South Charlotte with his wife Parry and his children Henry (16) Hannah (15), Mason (12) and Morgan (11) and enjoys time with them at the beach and at their various sporting events.
