This presentation focuses on the mental health and well-being challenges faced by maintenance professionals and how to overcome them. We will examine the impact of the pandemic, the stressors unique to the maintenance industry, and how mental health affects job performance, safety, and productivity. Attendees will learn practical strategies to manage stress, set boundaries, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. This session will also highlight the role of employers in supporting their teams through mental health resources and open communication.
