Payment for Trade Show Booths

Booth requests made after 5 pm on January 31^st, require immediate payment in full to secure reservation. If payment is not received, the GCAA reserves the right to cancel your trade show booth request.

• Trade Show Exhibitor Packet
• Ancillary Services Form (Electricity and Internet at Park Expo)
• Exhibitor Service Kit (Carpet, Furniture, etc. from Viper Tradeshow Services)
• Booth Worker Registration Form

Booth Cancellations

Cancellations made after January 31^st, will be responsible for 50% of the total booth fee. Booth reservations canceled after March 2^nd will be responsible for the full booth fee. 

Sponsorships

Web Ad $250 

• Your logo, company website link, booth number will be featured on the Attendee Registration page for 2-3 months giving you exposure to the 1000+ Trade Show registrants.

Silver Featured Exhibitor $150 

• Featured Exhibitor will be listed on various Trade Show promotional materials and will also receive a list of attendees in Excel Format

Gold Featured Exhibitor $200 

• Featured Exhibitor will be listed on various Trade Show promotional materials and will also have the following benefits:
  
  • List of attendees in Excel Format
  • Drawing prize give away via Facebook Live
  • Picture to be featured in Apartment Times Magazine

Platinum Featured Exhibitor $250 

• Featured Exhibitor will be listed on various Trade Show promotional materials and will also have the following benefits:
  
  • List of Attendees in Excel Format
  • Drawing prize give away (Choice of in-person at Trade Show or via Facebook Live)
  • Picture to be featured in Apartment Times Magazine
  • Special social media spotlight prior to the Trade Show
