Bill joined the multi-family industry in 1987 with successful stints at Trammel Crow, Insignia, Easlan and Summit Properties. He also thrived on the vendor side at Professional Carpet and Cort Furniture before moving to the senior housing side where he was Regional Director of the Carolinas & Virginia for Senior Living Guide for the past 18 years. Bill is excited to be back on the apartment side of things as a partner supplier with Valet Living, the pioneer of doorstep trash and nationally recognized amenities provider for the industry. Bill has also successfully created a niche entertainment company with year over year growth, recently celebrating 25 years.
