This course meets the requirements of North Carolina’s Public Swimming Pool Statutes. Content will include: Review of NC Swimming Pool Rules, Disease & Accident Prevention, Pool & Spa Equipment, Pool Calculations, Water Chemistry, Water Testing & Chemical Adjustments, Review, Q & A

This class will be hosted via Zoom in the interest of keeping everyone safe.  To participate you will need a laptop or phone with a camera (laptop is preferrable).  The class will include study guides and a written test that upon completion will provide you with the North Carolina Pool Operator Certification which is valid for 5 years.

 To receive your materials, the class must be paid for in advance.

About your instructorMark Cukro is the President of Plus One Consulting, Inc. and founder of Service Team Training.com.  Mark is a national speaker and a leading resource in the field of service team development and training. 

Prior to Starting his own company he was the Director of Service Team Development for Colonial Properties Trust, Inc, a New York Stock Exchange traded company with 148 properties and over 48,000 apartment homes. His certifications include, CAPS, CAMT I, CAMTII, CPO, CPO Instructor with the National Swimming Pool Foundation, EPA proctor for the NEW 608 certification as well as all HVAC Excellence courses. Mark is also a NAAEI Instructor and worked on the development of the new CAMT program.


RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR GCAA EVENTS: 

Dinner Meetings/Seminars: Reservations/cancellations must be made (either online, via email, or by phone) by the deadline published for each event on the GCAA’s website calendar (www.greatercaa.org). 

NAA Education Classes: Registration and/or cancellation in writing only at least 14 days prior to initial scheduled class. For all GCAA events: No-shows and late cancellations will be responsible for payment.
