Performance Management 101: Holding Your People Accountable

As a supervisor, it is crucial to practice accountability at all times and at all levels. Holding your team members accountable can help employees to better understand their role in the company, including what they produce, how their work impacts the company, and how they should interact with others. Accountability is an essential and valuable tool in your professional “toolbox”, where it can help ensure that the best performers are identified, kept happy and challenged, while producing optimal business outcomes and modeling behaviors.

WHAT WE'LL COVER

· How to hold your people accountable
· How to model behaviors: coaching + mentoring skills
