Impostor syndrome occurs when individuals, professionals, and even leaders doubt their own abilities and worth, despite evident success. Impostor syndrome can affect anyone, regardless of their level of expertise, and is especially prevalent among high achievers. This empowering session focuses on helping leaders and professionals recognize and overcome Impostor Syndrome, exploring how self-doubt can impact performance and provide strategies to build confidence, unlock potential, and lead with authenticity.

· Identifying the key signs of Impostor Syndrome.
· Strategies for reframing negative self-talk and fostering self-confidence.
· How to leverage personal achievements to combat self-doubt.
· The role of vulnerability in authentic leadership.
· Creating an environment that fosters confidence for yourself and your team.

NAA Credential Courses
Cancellation in writing only at least 14 days prior to initial scheduled class to membersvcs@greatercaa.org
For all GCAA events
No-shows and late cancellations will be responsible for payment.
