Navigating NC Evictions

Gain a deeper understanding of the evolving eviction process in North Carolina and leave with practical knowledge on:

  • Lease termination procedures
  • Current eviction rules and requirements
  • Key North Carolina state laws impacting property operations

Since 2020, residential evictions have continued to evolve, creating new challenges, compliance requirements, and procedural hurdles for housing providers. This session will cover recent legislative updates, important federal regulations such as the CARES Act, and common issues that can delay or impact the eviction process.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in an interactive Q&A session designed to address real-world scenarios and pressing operational questions.
