If the process of getting an apartment ready begins when the resident leaves, we’re already too late.

What if...

We had a plan wherein the make ready for the next resident begins when this one moves in? The apartment will be “Made Ready” faster, creating happier residents, resulting in increased renewals, thereby creating a better outcome your entire team can be proud of. Using curiosity and proactively preventive maintenance, let’s create a data backed strategy which reinforces intentionality for all roles of property management resulting in better performance overall.

Attendees of this session will be able to:

  • Decrease after hours call out and time to repair for maintenance.
  • Decrease the resident's responsibility of notifying the office of repairs by making proactive repairs before they would have been reported.
  • Decrease the "Time to Turn" days of rent loss by using a "full house" response rather than disconnected teams.
  • Strengthen the connection between the office and maintenance teams while involving residents in the execution of clear, shared expectations.

No-shows and late cancellations will be responsible for payment.
