Take advantage of this interactive, hands-on learning experience designed to strengthen your understanding of property financials and help you make more confident, informed decisions.
Whether you’re newer to the financial side of property management or looking to sharpen your analytical skills, this session will break down key financial concepts in a clear, practical way. You’ll work through real-world scenarios and metrics with guidance from the instructor so you can better understand the numbers that drive your community’s success.

Understanding the financial health of your community is essential to strong decision-making, maximizing asset value, and contributing to portfolio-wide performance. In this classroom experience, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with the instructor while unpacking real-time data and performance metrics that impact your property.
You’ll gain practical experience calculating and understanding critical operational and financial indicators, including:

You’ll also learn how to turn financial insights into strategic decisions that strengthen property performance and asset value.
