Event Details

The Federal Clean Air Act, Section 608, requires certification for anyone who services or repairs appliances and equipment containing regulated refrigerants. The EPA also restricts the sale of refrigerants to certified technicians only.

Anyone handling refrigerants at your property must be EPA Certified- In this course students learn about and be tested on TYPE I (Small Appliances), TYPE II (High Pressure) and Universal (Covers all types of equipment).

Preparing For The Exam:
This course focuses on the handling of regulated refrigerants and is designed to help students pass the EPA 608 exam. Reviewing the study materials provided during registration before the class is strongly recommended!
