Have you ever had a domestic violence situation occur at your property?  Have you been trained on how to both legally and ethically handle this type of situation?

Chris Loebsack will take a deep dive into the most important legal issues associated with handling domestic violence situations onsite in North Carolina.  Loebsack and Brownlee's outreach partner, Safe Alliance, will have representatives present to guide you through their victim's assistance program.  A Q & A session will also be included to give insight into all aspects of their programs.  Proceeds from this event will go to Safe Alliance Charlotte.  Receive 1 CEC for attending this event!

 

About the Instructor:

 

Chris is the founder and Managing Partner of the law firm Loebsack and Brownlee, PLLC. In June of 2019 Chris also became an Of Council Attorney with Brownlee, Whitlow & Praet, LLC.  Chris is a 1996 graduate of Duke University Scool of Law (J.D.) and a 1993 graduate of Clemson University (B.S.).  Chris spent the first 22 years after law school with the law firm Caudle and Spears, P.A. 

 

Chris’ legal practice focuses primarily on representing national Multifamily & Single Family Operator property management firms.   Also a  Certified Mediator, Chris regularly mediates General Business and Construction Litigation cases for other attorneys. He has been a resident of Gastonia and Charlotte since graduating law school in 1996.  He has two sons, Joseph and Thomas.
