EDUCATION
Continuing education sessions (fair housing, legal, leasing, leadership), and credentialing (CALP, CAM, and CAMT) are offered throughout the year to our members.
MEETINGS
At its forecast breakfast, annual meeting, and dinner meetings, the Association presents and addresses a variety of multifamily focused content. Our members leverage these gatherings to network and gain insights on industry-related topics.
COMMITTEES
GCAA events are frequently guided and influenced by the volunteer efforts of our Association members. Volunteer involvement in these groups gives you the opportunity to impact GCAA business and decision-making, as well as the chance to meet and interact with their industry colleagues. See the committees & councils page for steps on joining! To ensure that volunteers can add value and depth to their committees, we ask that you contribute to no more than two committees at a time.
RESERVATION + CANCELLATION
Dinner Meetings/Seminars
Reservations/cancellations must be made (either online, via email, or by phone) by the deadline published for each event on the website calendar.
NAA Education Classes
Registration and/or cancellation in writing only at least 14 days prior to initial scheduled class.
GCAA Events
No-shows and late cancellations (48 hours in advance) will be invoiced.
