PAYMENT FOR YOUR TRADE SHOW EXHIBIT SPACE

· Your $100 exhibit space deposit must be paid through the GCAA website.
· All final exhibit space payments are due on or before January 31, 2026.
· Spaces secured after January 31st, 2026, require immediate/full payment.
· Unpaid exhibit spaces are subject to cancellation.

Cancellations after January 31, 2026
Responsible for 50% of the total exhibit space cost.

Cancellations after March 2, 2026
Responsible for 100% of the exhibit space cost.
