Let onsite teams, maintenance, and management company attendees know that your company will be exhibiting at the Sail Away Trade Show. Update the XXX with your exhibit space number and post to social to help guests navigate to your exhibit space.

· Your $100 exhibit space deposit must be paid through the GCAA website.
· All final exhibit space payments are due on or before January 31, 2026.
· Spaces secured after January 31st, 2026, require immediate/full payment.
· Unpaid exhibit spaces are subject to cancellation.

· Trade Show Exhibitor Packet
· Exhibitor Service Kit (Carpet, Furniture, etc. from Viper Trade Show Services)
· Ancillary Services Form (Electricity and Internet at Park Expo)
· Exhibit Space Worker Registration Form

Cancellations after January 31, 2026
Responsible for 50% of the total exhibit space cost.

Cancellations after March 2, 2026
Responsible for 100% of the exhibit space cost.
