Payment for Trade Show Exhibit Spaces

Upon selection, your $100 exhibit space deposit must be paid through the GCAA website. All final exhibit space payments are due on or before January 31, 2024. Exhibit space requests made after 5pm on January 31st, require immediate payment in full to secure the reservation. If payment is not received, the GCAA reserves the right to cancel your Trade Show exhibit space request. 

Following your exhibit space reservation, GCAA will email you the following documents.

  • Trade Show Exhibitor Packet - COMING SOON
  • Exhibitor Service Kit (Carpet, Furniture, etc. from Viper Tradeshow Services) - COMING SOON
  • Ancillary Services Form (Electricity and Internet at Park Expo) - COMING SOON
  • Exhibit Space Worker Registration Form - COMING SOON

 Trade Show Exhibit Space Cancellations

Cancellations made after January 31st, will be responsible for 50% of the total exhibit space cost. Reservations canceled after March 2nd will be responsible for the full exhibit space cost.
