Monika McLean

Monika joined the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association in November of 2021. She was introduced to the GCAA in 2016 as a staffing coordinator for the multifamily industry. Before joining us, she was also a leasing manager for a lease up community in Rock Hill, SC. Being born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Monika enjoys seeing the city grow and believes property management plays a huge role in that. In her spare time she enjoys staying adventurous with friends, family and her dog Ivory.
