Toddi Johnson

Toddi brings over 12 years of experience in the industry. With eight years of onsite experience, she developed a strong reputation for leading successful teams, fostering resident relations, and maintaining excellent partnerships with suppliers.
During the pandemic, Toddi made a pivotal career transition, stepping into the role of Branch Manager at The Liberty Group. This move broadened her professional scope and deepened her industry insight. In May 2025, she joined ATI Restoration as a Business Development Manager, where she continues to follow her passion for helping others. In this role, she is dedicated to supporting clients during times of crisis, providing reliable solutions when emergencies arise.
Throughout her career, she has been heavily involved with the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA), participating on various committees including Membership, Next Gen, Government Affairs, and the Suppliers Council. She co-chaired the Multifamily Career Awareness Committee (MCAC) for two years, demonstrating her commitment to industry engagement. Throughout her career, she has been an instrumental part of the GCAA, playing a key role in planning and attending association events. In 2022, Toddi shared her insights on the Morning Perks Podcast, and she currently serves as a mentor in the GCAA Ambassador Program, dedicated to supporting new members and contributing to the growth of the association and the multifamily industry. She is a strong advocate for ongoing education, she holds both CAM and CAS certifications and regularly updates her knowledge to stay ahead in the field.
Starting in 2025, she will serve as Secretary of the Suppliers Council, laying the foundation for her expected transition to President in 2027. In addition to this role, she will also hold a seat on the GCAA Board of Directors in 2027, and the GCAA Education Foundation, further cementing her influence and decision-making in the multi-family industry and for the association.
