Lisa Foley

Lisa began her career in the apartment industry in 1986. She is the Regional Director with Morgan Properties where she oversees a portfolio of 13 communities in the NC region. Lisa holds a NC RE license, and has earned both the CAM and CAPS designations. She has been an active member and contributor to the GCAA since 1988 and has previously served on its Board of Directors and served on the Executive Committee. She was GCAA President in 2002 and PSC President in 2017. She is a certified instructor and has taught NALP, CAM and CAPS courses since 1990. Lisa was honored to win the prestigious “Lex Marsh” award in 2004. She is also a member on the RHA Board.
