Jacob Bennett

I specialize in leading complex lease-ups, takeovers, and luxury mixed-use communities, combining sales, marketing, operational excellence, and hospitality with a hands-on, people-first leadership approach. My experience includes spearheading an 816-unit high-rise lease-up, leading a 555-unit community takeover, and now overseeing Linea South End, one of Charlotte’s premier mixed-use developments.

Recognized as Property Manager of the Year at the GCAA BRAVO Awards, I am passionate about delivering results through strong leadership, accountability, and exceptional community performance. I have also been honored as a 2026 AANC 20 on the Rise and 2026 NAA 20 on the Rise recipient, recognizing my leadership and impact within the multifamily industry.

I am a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), graduate of Bozzuto’s Foundations of Leadership program, and member of the GCAA Leadership Lyceum cohort. These experiences have strengthened my focus on emotional intelligence, team development, strategic execution, and creating cultures where people and performance thrive.

Beyond operations, I am committed to industry engagement and inclusive leadership. I received Bozzuto’s RISE for Social Impact Award for my work as Chair of the RISE by Bozzuto Carolinas chapter and currently serve as a Chapter Lead for LIFT (LGBTQIA+ Individuals and Friends Together).

My career has taken me from Washington, D.C., through Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Atlanta, and Charlotte, building expertise in luxury operations, hospitality, lease-ups, takeovers, and relationship management. Today, I am proud to lead Linea South End, creating an exceptional residential experience while fostering partnerships that connect residents, businesses, and the South End community.
