Deidre Quick

As a Regional Manager, Deidre oversees over 2,000 apartment homes within Blue Ridge Companies located across North and South Carolina. She has been in the property management industry since 1996 and has been with Blue Ridge Companies since 2005. Previously serving as a Community Manager at multiple communities, Deidre offers extensive knowledge of the markets included in her portfolio. She has won Manager of the Year twice and recently won 2020 Regional Manager of the year. In addition, Deidre has experience as a Senior Manager and Mentor and has actively assisted in the development and growth of new Blue Ridge associates in their EPIC leadership program. A licensed South Carolina Property Manager, Deidre also holds CAM and CAPS Credentials from the National Apartment Association and recently completed the Train the Trainer program within the GCAA. She also helped chair the Outreach Committee within the apartment association. This committee focused on their relationships with Samaritan House, The Relatives, and Urban Ministry to feed the homeless and at-risk youth. She also Co-chairs the Diversity, Equity, and inclusion program within Blue Ridge Companies.
