SC Governor's Recommendations & Latest Executive Order

On Thursday, Governor McMaster issued an Executive Order, which declares a new state of emergency, allows bowling alleys to open immediately, and lifts the retail industry's occupancy restrictions. Also, Governor McMaster sent a letter to the General Assembly with recommendations on CARES Act spending that included $500 million to the unemployment insurance trust fund, amongst other recommendations.
