Mecklenburg County Changes to File Submittal Process Coming to EPM

Posted By: Michelle Manns Industry News,

Beginning at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 8th, Mecklenburg County IT will be implementing changes to Code Enforcement's Electronic Plan Management (EPM) customer portal. While this change is being installed, EPM, POSSE Outrider/the contractor dashboard, and WebInspector will also be unavailable for several hours the evening of Wednesday, March 8th.

Beginning March 9th, EPM users will notice the following changes to the file submittal process:

When uploading files, customers should follow this three-step process:

  1. On the appropriate screen, the customer will click "Browse" to select the file he or she would like to upload.
  2. Once the file is chosen, the customer will click "Add File".
  3. Once all desired files are loaded, the customer will click "Submit", as shown below.

This three-step process will be used to upload drawings/submit package, to add project files, and to resubmit package files.

To avoid any loss of work, please log out of all Code Enforcement portals no later than 6:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 8th.
