Charlotte UDO Delays

This update from Business Relationship Manager, Nan Peterson, at City of Charlotte is for our GCAA developer members.

The City of Charlotte implemented the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) on June 1st. Submittals for land development review prior to June 1st doubled.  Although staff is working hard on completing their reviews, with workloads doubling, please anticipate a delay in meeting the published due date. We apologize for this delay and appreciate your understanding of our current (and temporary!) situation.
