H. 3938 - SC Inclusionary Housing Act

Representative Deon Tedder (D-Charleston) and others introduced a bill to authorize counties and municipalities to adopt and use voluntary inclusionary housing strategies to increase the availability of affordable housing. The bill was referred to the Medical, Military, Public and Municipal Affairs Committee on 2/23/2021.
