GCAA 2018 Trade Show - General Information

The Basics:

  • Date: Thursday, March 22nd, 2018
  • Time: Booth set-up is from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm; Show Hours are 5:30 - 9:00 pm
  • Place: Charlotte Convention Center, Hall C2, 501 S. College St., Charlotte NC 28202 
  • Theme: "Blockbusters; Night at the Movies"

Who attends the GCAA Trade Show? Approximately 1,600 GCAA-member multifamily industry professionals: apartment owners and developers, management company executives, regional managers, leasing specialists, property managers, maintenance supervisors, assistant managers, service technicians, and other on-site team members

When/how can I reserve a booth? Online sales have begun! Booths usually sell out in early January. Only current GCAA members in good standing may reserve Trade Show booths. Exhibitors may only purchase a single booth. Double booths are SOLD OUT. RESERVE YOUR BOOTH ONLINE HERE. 

How much do booths cost and what’s included? Booth fees will start at $495, with pricing tiered based on location in the exhibit hall. All booths are 10’ x 10’ and include front/side drapes, 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, basic signage, and admission for two employees to work the booth. Additional attendee fee for booth personnel is $49 per person. Double booths are are currently sold out, only one booth per company. Who may NOT attend the GCAA Trade Show:

  • Anyone who is NOT a GCAA member
  • Anyone under the age of 18
  • GCAA Vendor members who are NOT registered to exhibit
