Requirements:
To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
- Successful Completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
- Meet all examination standards within 6 months of declaring candidacy

| Payment Policy |
Tuition must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the class start date. GCAA Members may take advantage of the Easy Pay Installment Plan, which breaks your tuition for CAM into 4 payments.
