Marcie Williams

Marcie is the leader of all aspects of multifamily property management operations, new business development and strategy. She has over 20 years of multifamily experience from companies such as Greystar, Camden Property Trust and Summit Properties. Marcie holds several professional designations including CAM, CAPS and CPM®. She is the recipient of GCAA’s Manager of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Instructor of the Year and The Lex Marsh Award. She has her BA Degree from UNC Chapel Hill. Marcie is a member of IREM and ULI.

  Chuck Travis
FAIA Principal, The Housing Studio

Chuck has been a long-term advocate for the art, craft and technology of housing practice,  formulating housing design strategies that are both economically and environmentally sustainable. He has received numerous design awards, including multiple AIA awards, a traveling fellowship, and over 40 multifamily industry awards. Currently Mayor of Cornelius, NC, he has worked to establish an Architectural Review Board and co-authored guidelines for the preservation of the town’s historic residential district. 
  Fred Bolt
EVP, SunCap Property Group

 Fred has 30 years of experience in the development, construction, acquisitions and management of mixed-use and multifamily developments. Throughout his career he has been involved in the development and construction of over 15,000 multi-family units located throughout the Southeast and Sunbelt regions. He was Senior Vice President of Adolfson & Peterson Construction and was responsible for all aspects of the Atlantic Region’s daily operations.
  Jennifer Cotton
Regional Sales Director, CoStar

 Jennifer currently serves as CoStar Regional Director.  Jennifer opened the Charlotte CoStar office in 2013 and oversees the sales and customer service team that supports CoStar’s information and marketing platforms across the Carolinas.  Prior to CoStar, Jennifer led a regional sales team for PR Newswire, the world’s leading content distribution provider.  An avid Buckeye fan, Jennifer attended Ohio State University and works and lives in Uptown Charlotte.
