Annual Trade Show

The GCAA Trade Show is by far the biggest event of the Association's calendar year. Employees of GCAA-member Owner/Operators and Properties eagerly anticipate this annual exposition. Property owners, marketing directors, service team managers, developers, regional managers, leasing personnel, maintenance technicians, property managers, and other multifamily industry employees attend in great numbers each year.

This event is traditionally held in the Spring of each year, with booth sales beginning the previous November. For Trade Show information, email GCAA's Irene Gammon at irene@greatercaa.org.

GCAA's 2009 Trade Show has been scheduled for April 23rd at the Charlotte Convetion Center. (Yes, that's APRIL, not March.)
