GCAA’s New “Renting Smart” Brochure


rentingsmart2010coverRenting Smart is the GCAA’s New & Improved “Pro-Renting” Brochure - available to members only!

Back in 2002, GCAA published its first pro-renting brochure, “Choosing the Right Home for You,” which detailed the many and varied benefits of renting vs. buying a home.  GCAA members were able to purchase the brochure to use as collateral marketing material for both prospective and renewing customers.

In the Spring of 2010, GCAA volunteers and staff worked hard to completely revamp this piece. With up-to-date statistics, more accessible information, and a snappy, colorful new design, RentingSmart will be the missing weapon in your marketing armory.

Preview copies of the RentingSmart brochure were mailed to GCAA-member owner/operators and properties in late June. Pre-production orders were taken to enable us to order in bulk and offer GCAA the limited-time cost of just $.15 (yes, that’s fifteen CENTS!) per piece for this indispensable marketing tool.
